SAT Vocabulary Practice

Building your vocabulary is crucial for success on SAT and ACT tests.  It's never too soon (or too late) to start! Use these free activities daily to help boost your scores. Each of the following lists has 20 challenging words from recent SAT tests, with some words appearing in more than one list. Each set has 4 activities: flashcards, matching, quiz, and writing. I recommend starting with flashcards, then a quiz, then matching. The writing activity is most challenging, as you'll have to type the word and spell it correctly.
